One Astor Park Construction Has Begun
Construction crews started groundwork at the end of February on the 128 unit One Astor Park apartment building along the Fox River. The Green Bay City Council approved the project in 2019, and, at the time, developers hoped to be done with construction by 2023. Unexpected events delayed the construction. However, construction is in full swing and is expected to be completed by the Summer of 2027.
