To encourage a festive spirit of decorating our homes for Halloween, the Astor Neighborhood Association invites you to participate in a neighborhood Pumpkin Carving/Decorating Contest. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, and the winners will be posted on the Website.
